The terms that apply when you use rankmyshopify.com, request a free audit or hire RankMyShopify for Shopify marketing and SEO services.

These terms are an agreement between you and RankMyShopify (“RankMyShopify”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or our services, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
If we sign a separate proposal, statement of work or contract with you, that document applies alongside these terms. If they conflict, the signed document wins.
We provide marketing services for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, including SEO, AI search visibility, content, link building, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads, email and SMS marketing, conversion optimisation, analytics and related Shopify setup work. The exact scope of each engagement is set out in the plan you choose on our SEO packages page or in your written proposal.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Our free audit is an automated, high-level check of publicly available information about the website you submit. It is provided for information only, may not catch every issue and is not professional advice for your specific situation. Only submit websites you own or are authorised to represent. We may limit how many audits one person or network can request.
Delays in access, feedback or approvals can delay results, and these delays do not pause or reduce fees for the month.
We work hard to grow your traffic, visibility and sales, and we report honestly on progress. However, search rankings, AI answers, ad performance and sales depend on factors we do not control, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, OpenAI and Shopify algorithms and policies, competition, your products, pricing and website. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, citation, return on ad spend or revenue. Any forecasts we share are estimates, not promises.
We keep your business information, account access and data confidential and use it only to deliver our services. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing and methods confidential. These duties continue after an engagement ends, except for information that is public or that the law requires to be shared. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our work relies on platforms such as Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo and others. Their terms, fees and policies apply to your accounts, and they can change features, suspend accounts or change algorithms at any time. We are not responsible for their actions, outages or policy decisions, but we will help you respond where we can.
To the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to break its security, sending spam through its forms, scraping it at scale, or uploading harmful code. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith by email or call. If that does not work, the courts of Punjab, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the “last updated” date. For active clients, changes that affect fees or scope will only apply after we tell you in writing.
